Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Texas licensure required for SLP or SLPA
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for SLP applicants
• Experience with school-based or pediatric populations highly valued
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt services to diverse student needs across K-12 settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a varied K-12 caseload
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine students speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support students educational goals
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team planning
