Key qualifications and experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) for Washington State
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
  • Prior experience in an educational or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Passion for empowering students to reach their highest potential

Core responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and support teams
  • Provide direct and consultative SLP services to students in accordance with IEPs
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and progress monitoring for compliance and ongoing evaluation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports students of diverse backgrounds
