Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school-based settings
• Familiarity with early childhood through high school (Pre-K to 12th grade)
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage caseloads across diverse age groups and needs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screening, evaluations, and individualized treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEP goals customized to each students unique strengths and challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support generalization of skills across settings
• Monitor, document, and report on students' progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
• Provide consultation and resources for school staff and caregivers
