Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Experience working with students across multiple grade levels, including Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle School, and High School
• Knowledge of a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with staff and families
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students from early childhood to high school
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy services
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and student evaluations
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessment results, therapy progress, and compliance requirements
• Engage students with evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique learning needs
