Step into a rewarding contract role supporting student communication and growth in a vibrant educational setting near Seattle, WA. We are seeking three Speech-Language Pathologists to provide impactful in-person services for students in both elementary and high school environments. Candidates will work onsite in a collaborative, student-focused atmosphere, from now through June 17, 2027.

Available Positions:

• 2 Full-Time roles (7.5 hours/day, 37.5 hours/week)
• 1 Part-Time role (.8 FTE, 4 days per week)
• Openings across elementary and high school settings

Key Qualifications:

• Current Washington (WA) Speech-Language Pathologist License
• ESA certification required
• Completion of fingerprinting through OSPI
• Certification as an SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Commitment to in-person service delivery only
• Strong collaboration skills with educators, families, and staff

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication challenges
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct screenings and evaluations of speech, language, and communication development
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
