Make a difference in the lives of students by providing essential speech-language services in an engaging school environment just outside Seattle, WA. In this full-time, onsite contract position, you will help empower students with developmental disabilities, supporting their communication and classroom success alongside a collaborative IEP team.

Key Qualifications:

• Possession of (or eligibility for) a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Washington State
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification required
• Open to Clinical Fellowship (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) candidates
• Background in school-based SLP settings strongly preferred
• Commitment to fostering positive, inclusive learning experiences

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech, language, and communication support services in a school setting
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals in partnership with the IEP team
• Collaborate with teachers, other support staff, and families to ensure effective classroom participation for students
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines

• Full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) at a single school site
• Provide specialized support tailored to individual student needs
