Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students communication skills for the upcoming school year in the Greater Seattle area. This full-time position offers the chance to work 37.5 hours weekly, with caseloads of approximately 50 students across preK-12. Assignments are thoughtfully matched to align with each clinicians strengths and professional preferences.
Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington SLP License
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
- Eligible for SLP-CCC or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Experience or genuine interest in working with school-age populations across a range of needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team for student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide therapy in individual and group settings, adjusting approaches as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and staff consultations, contributing professional insight
