Job Description
A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a short-term contract assignment providing leave coverage at an elementary school in Seattle, WA. This on-site role offers flexibility with options for either 1 day per week or 4 days per week, supporting a caseload that ranges from 9 preschool students to approximately 36 students from preschool through elementary age.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to preschool and elementary students
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators and staff to support student communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Washington State SLP License and ESA endorsement
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged students
- Ability to work on site as required
Work Schedule:
- 1 day per week serving 9 preschool students, or
- 4 days per week serving approximately 36 students, preschool through elementary age
