What Youll Bring:

• Active Arizona SLP license (required)
• Previous experience in school-based settings, ideally with both elementary and high school students
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and support teams
• Organizational and documentation skills in keeping with school standards
• Passion for helping students achieve communication milestones

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to identify students speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in classrooms and one-on-one
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student growth and success
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and relevant reports
• Support IEP meetings through progress updates and recommendations
• Foster an inclusive and positive environment that empowers students at all learning levels
