Job Description

As part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, youll guide students in overcoming challenges related to speech, language, and communication while working a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will also have the opportunity to supervise an SLPA, providing valuable mentorship and leadership within the program.

Qualifications:

  • Current AZ Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Valid DOE Certification
  • IVP fingerprint clearance card
  • Strong preference for pediatric or school-based experience
  • Clinical Fellows are encouraged to applysupport will be provided
  • Experience supervising an SLPA is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments, therapeutic interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring for a diverse caseload of students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Supervise and support an SLPA as needed
  • Foster an encouraging, student-centered learning environment
