Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Arizona SLP license
• Current IVP Fingerprint clearance card
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience in a school setting is ideal
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, collaborative, and adaptive approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in K-8th grades
• Manage a varied caseload with individualized education plans (IEPs) and timely reporting
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Provide therapy interventions tailored to each students needs and developmental level
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing documentation of student growth
• Maintain all compliance and professional standards as required by state and federal guidelines
