Exciting contract opportunity for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) to provide essential support during a maternity leave for the first nine-week period of the school year. This full-time position encompasses 37.5 hours per week, working on-site across two schools. Your expertise will directly impact student achievement in a collaborative, supportive educational setting.
Qualifications:
- Active, valid professional Speech Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Bilingual skills are necessary
- Previous supervision or mentorship experience is a plus, as youll oversee a bilingual SLPA
- Must be able to provide license documentation
- Successful completion of fingerprinting and background check before the start date
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse K-12 caseload (details to be confirmed)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements and district guidelines
- Supervise the assigned bilingual SLPA, ensuring high standards of service delivery and professional development
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Communicate progress and recommendations to staff, families, and other pertinent parties as needed
This assignment runs from August 17, 2026, to October 9, 2026. The district will conduct interviews on 4/27/26, with additional prescreen interviews available for flexible scheduling in the mornings or afternoons (Eastern Time).
