Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in the state
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt strategies as needed for diverse learners
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation for evaluations, progress, and compliance
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
• Apply evidence-based techniques and support inclusive classroom practices
• Advocate for students needs and provide expertise to the broader school community
