Qualifications:

• Current New York SLP licensure required
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) credentials accepted
• Prior experience or strong interest in school-based therapy for early childhood preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and compliance
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services for preschool-aged children, addressing a wide range of communication needs
• Administer assessments and screenings to identify and monitor student progress
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support students academic and social development
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with school documentation standards
• Engage families and caregivers to promote carryover of therapeutic strategies
