Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Florida SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver targeted therapy services to students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create supportive learning strategies
• Maintain accurate student records and document progress per school and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and ongoing professional development opportunities
