Desired Qualifications:

• Active California SLP license or CA CTC credential (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) also encouraged to apply
• Prior experience with pediatric populations, especially in educational or healthcare environments
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and delivering direct and consultative services
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students at multiple campuses within the region
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine students needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other school staff to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with all state and federal requirements
