A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized services in a school setting located in Santa Fe, NM. This travel position allows you to bring your expertise directly to students in need while experiencing the unique cultural environment of the Southwest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary efforts to enhance student learning
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings
- Ability to create and execute evidence-based therapy plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability for travel assignments
