Youll be covering a temporary leave assignment, from August 2026 through November/December 2026, helping students achieve communication goals while being supported by dedicated SLPA staff. Manageable caseloads and collaboration on campus make this position both rewarding and sustainable.

Qualifications:

  • Active SLP-CCC, SLP, SLPA licensure for California schools or healthcare settings
  • Strong clinical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students (K-12) and multidisciplinary teams
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments, therapy, and documentation for a caseload averaging 45 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with on-site SLPAs and educators for student success
  • Deliver speech-language services in alignment with school policies and timelines
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
