Job Description

Make a difference in the lives of young learners by supporting students in a dynamic school-based setting. This contract position is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for working with K-5 children and the flexibility to deliver services on-site or via teletherapy.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active California SLP License (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY) welcome
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology preferred
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to elementary-aged students (K-5) in both in-person and remote settings
  • Develop individualized education plans and maintain accurate documentation for student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive learning environment
  • Conduct assessments and reevaluations to inform intervention strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to develop appropriate goals and services
