To be successful, youll bring some or all of the following qualifications:

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license in California
  • Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, assessment, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and age groups

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
  • Maintaining thorough and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing professional insights to the educational team
