Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active North Carolina SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Comfortable managing a K-12 caseload
• Skillful in varied speech, language, and social communication interventions
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students to identify speech and language delays
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services across a K-12 student population
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation, including progress notes and ongoing assessments
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute insight to support student success
