Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
