Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license in the state of Florida
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience in school environments or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Passion for supporting students with a variety of communication needs
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches for different age groups and learning styles

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and deliver evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

  • Monitor student progress and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Offer training and guidance to teachers and families to help integrate strategies within the classroom and home
