What we're looking for:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Previous experience working with children in school or pediatric environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage a diverse caseload of students
Flexibility, organization, and a collaborative mindset
Key responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations to determine students speech, language, and communication needs
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
Deliver direct therapy services in both group and individual settings
Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
Attend and participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise as part of a multidisciplinary team
Engage with teachers and families to support student success
Provide guidance and resources to staff regarding best practices for speech and language development
