Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students communication growth across multiple schools in Florida. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) as well as Clinical Fellows (CFs) seeking supervised hours and mentorship within a collaborative school environment. Openings span a variety of elementary, middle, and high schools, with both full-time and part-time roles available, including short-term maternity coverage and extended assignments for the 2026-2027 school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active Florida SLP license (ASHA CCC preferred; CFs welcome and provided with supervision)
- Experience or strong interest in working within educational settings and with diverse student populations
- Skilled in speech, language, voice, and communication assessment and intervention
- Exceptional organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to working in different school settingsno virtual or SLPA candidates accepted
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs and school policies
- Evaluate students, develop targeted intervention plans, and track progress toward communication goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development opportunities
- Contribute to the supportive, inclusive climate that helps students succeed
