Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active, valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as an SLP
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working in school-based settings strongly desired
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency writing and implementing IEPs, and utilizing a range of therapy techniques

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders in students
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans
• Document progress and maintain student records in accordance with school policies
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support each student
• Deliver services individually and/or in groups per student needs
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide resources and education to staff and families to reinforce strategies
