What Youll Bring:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates will be considered
• Recent experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to create engaging therapy sessions tailored to student needs

Role Expectations:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services for students with a variety of communication disorders
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
