Job Description

This rewarding opportunity, based near New Braunfels, TX, runs for the entire 2026-2027 school year and offers a supportive, professional environment for both experienced SLPs and those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

What You'll Bring:

  • Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for supporting students communication and academic growth

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostics to assess speech, language, and communication needs of students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver direct therapy services to individuals and small groups
  • Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in ARD/IEP meetings
  • Provide consultation and training for teachers and families to support student success
  • Participate in professional development and remain current with best practices in speech-language therapy
