Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active California SLP licensure (required)
- Certification: CCC, CFY, pediatrics, and/or teletherapy experience highly valued
- Experience with school-aged children, especially middle schoolers
- Strong communication, flexibility, and adaptability
- Commitment to fostering a positive, supportive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, onsite speech-language therapy for middle school students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams across three schools
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough records and adhere to compliance standards
- Participate in meetings, parent conferences, and professional learning opportunities
