Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active California SLP license or CA CTC required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, and pediatric experience are all welcome
  • Previous experience in schools, healthcare, or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week across multiple school sites

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K-12
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy and intervention services both individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to promote positive outcomes for students
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with local and state regulations
  • Serve as an advocate for students' communication needs within the school community
