Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students from Pre K through 12th grade as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC). Located near beautiful San Luis Obispo, this part-time position covers a maternity leave from October through mid-December 2025, aligning with the winter break. Work three days per week, for a total of 21 hours, and apply your expertise in a supportive educational environment.

Key qualifications and experiences sought:

• Current CA SLP license or California CTC credential (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in pediatric and school-based speech therapy preferred
• Proficiency with IEP processes, conducting evaluations, and providing both direct and indirect services
• Comfortable supporting a variety of disabilities across a diverse student population (Pre K-12)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

• Deliver direct therapy to students with varying needs in group or individual settings
• Complete thorough speech/language evaluations and assessments, documenting findings
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
