What were looking for:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Active Arizona SLP License
  • Arizona Educator Certificate
  • IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students from PreK through 8th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students' speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy strategies within the classroom
  • Maintain thorough and organized documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
  • Prepare progress reports and participate in IEP meetings to advocate for student support
  • Provide direct and consultative services, adapting materials or methods to meet individual student needs
