Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license
• Previous experience in school-based SLP roles preferred, but not required
• Comfort working with student caseloads (average ~55 students per SLP)
• Ability to thrive in preschool, elementary, and middle school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services as part of three leave-of-absence assignments
• Work full-time, 5 days a week, across various school sites in San Juan Capistrano
• Case management and documentation for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
