Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based Position

We are seeking enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologists to join our school-based team serving elementary-aged students. This role provides the opportunity to work directly with children, helping them develop the communication skills necessary for academic and social success.

Position Information

Full-time school-based assignment
Caseload between 55-70 Students
Standard school schedule with a duty-free lunch period
Collaborative team of educators and related service providers

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
Implement evidence-based intervention strategies.
Provide direct therapy and consultation services.
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
State licensure or eligibility required.
CCC-SLP preferred.
New graduates and Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
