Key Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
• Experience working with pediatric populations, including pre-K through Grade 12
• Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for speech, language, and communication needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Familiarity with IEP processes and the ability to document therapy services effectively
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students for speech, language, and communication disorders across diverse age groups
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with educators and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain current documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
• Deliver both direct and consultative speech therapy services in classroom and pull-out settings
• Contribute ideas and expertise to support a positive, inclusive school atmosphere
