This contract opportunity offers an exciting path for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist ready to serve preschool through high school students in a vibrant school setting.
Bring your expertise working with pediatric and school-based populations to provide high-quality speech and language services spanning early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school grades. Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and consultation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy methods for diverse age groups and developmental stages
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapeutic intervention plans
- Deliver individual and group therapy for students from Pre-K through grade 12
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Document and monitor treatment, maintaining required compliance standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to case conferences
