This full-time role offers flexibilitywork onsite, or discuss hybrid options directly with the district. Qualifications & Desirable Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for California
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and collaborate with diverse student populations
• Willingness to work onsite or discuss hybrid arrangements as needed

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver evidence-based therapies and interventions, both individually and in group settings
• Consult regularly with teachers, specialists, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, progress, and services
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide input on student programs
• Stay current on best practices and school compliance standards
