Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid and active state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress effectively

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide speech, language, voice, and fluency therapy to students as prescribed in IEPs
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations to inform service delivery
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of student evaluations, services, and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the development of goals and accommodations
• Offer consultation and training to teachers and support staff regarding communication strategies
• Stay current with evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology
