Ideal Experience & Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current California state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Prior experience delivering therapy to pediatric and school-aged children
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students of varying age groups
  • Familiarity with managing caseloads spanning Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School
  • Passion for creating individualized education plans and collaborating with educators and families
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify students speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on student goals and IEP requirements
  • Provide direct speech-language services to individuals and small groups across multiple grade levels
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, aides, and family members
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with all regulations
  • Stay current with best practices and participate in relevant professional development
  • Adapt interventions to meet the diverse cultural and linguistic needs of the student population
