Make a positive impact on students' lives by working as an onsite Speech Language Pathologist in a supportive school environment. This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to provide essential speech and language services to a diverse caseload of students in grades TK-8. Use your expertise to help children reach their communication goals and thrive academically and socially.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current and valid California SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in TK-8th grade
- Develop individualized therapy plans and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Deliver speech therapy services in an engaging and positive manner, both individually and in small groups
- Provide resources and support to school staff and parents regarding students speech and language needs

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $95.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
