Job Description

This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to provide essential speech and language services to a diverse caseload of students in grades TK-8. Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current and valid California SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in TK-8th grade
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Deliver speech therapy services in an engaging and positive manner, both individually and in small groups
  • Provide resources and support to school staff and parents regarding students speech and language needs
