Youll play a key part in supporting students communication needs, working both one-on-one and in group settings.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Eligibility for or possession of the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Proven experience in pediatric and school-based speech services preferred
- Comfortable delivering both direct and indirect therapy, including assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
- Prior experience in teletherapy or healthcare settings is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students, supporting their educational and developmental goals
- Collaborate with educators and families to create individualized treatment plans
- Regularly assess student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to meeting compliance requirements
- Provide consultative support to teachers and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
