Job Description

A K-12 educational institution in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position available for the current school year. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a strong background in speech-language services within school settings.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current California credential as a School Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with students across K-12 grade levels.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development, evaluation, and intervention techniques.
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with educators and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with school and state regulations.
  • Participate in meetings for IEP development and progress monitoring.
