Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure and certification (or eligibility)
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred

• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work in a collaborative educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services according to student needs and goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of intervention strategies
