Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current California SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous school-based experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and engage with students of diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
• Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in line with district and federal guidelines
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the broader educational strategy
