Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs are also encouraged to apply
- Prior experience or practicum in a K-12 school setting highly valued
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy sessionsin-person and/or virtuallyto address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members on student progress and goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed student records
- Offer consultation and support to educational staff
