Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP licensure for California (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working in a K-12 school environment preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language services to students in individual and group settings
• Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with school guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate progress records and documentation
• Provide support and education to staff and families regarding communication strategies
