Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship considered)
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists
• Familiarity with IEP process and progress reporting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with student goals and educational requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and communicate with parents/guardians about student progress
• Use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to each childs needs
• Support teachers and staff with resources and recommendations to facilitate classroom inclusivity
• Attend relevant school meetings and professional development sessions
