Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligibility for state licensure in California
- Ability to provide services to diverse student populations (K-12)
- CFY candidates welcome; CCC credential holders preferred
- Strong foundation in pediatric and school-based therapy techniques
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and case management skills
- Knowledge of IEP documentation and special education processes
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnostics, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining thorough and timely documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Support students academic and social success through targeted interventions
- Stay informed about best practices in SLP and school-based services
