Step into a dynamic school-based Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity working with elementary and high-school students near San Bernardino, CA! This full-time contract role spans August through December, covering maternity leaves. Openings are available for both experienced SLPs (CCC) and for Clinical Fellows (CFY) looking to develop skills in a supportive educational environment. If you have a passion for helping students with mild to severe disabilities and can provide in-person services, this could be a great fit.
What youll bring:
- Active California SLP license (CCC or CF candidates accepted)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based practice
- Ability to conduct evaluations, therapy sessions, IEP meetings, and consultations
- Comfortable working with a diverse caseload and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Willingness to work fully onsite (no teletherapy)
- Commitment to supporting students across a variety of disability ranges
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to K-12 students across 1-2 campuses (elementary or high school/eAcademy assignments available)
- Complete speech/language assessments, develop treatment plans, document progress, and participate in IEPs and IST meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and allied professionals to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all confidentiality, legal, and ethical requirements
