Qualifications:
- Active and clear Texas SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued
- Previous supervisory or mentorship experience is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to a diverse student caseload
- Supervise and support an SLPA to ensure excellent care and compliance with best practices
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to foster student success
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
