Key Qualifications:

  • Active, valid Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) license (must provide image for credentialing)
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency required
  • Previous supervisory or mentoring experience, especially with SLPAs, is a plus
  • Clear background and fingerprinting required
  • Flexibility for prescreen interviews between 9-11a and 2-3p EST

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert speech-language therapy to K-12 students across two school locations
  • Supervise and support a bilingual SLPA, ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Implement IEPs and collaborate with educators and families
  • Document student progress and participate in interprofessional meetings
  • Adapt to emerging district expectations and caseload details as provided
