Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: Middle school students
Schedule: Full-time, school-year assignment
About the Role:
Join Sunbelt Staffing as a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team for the 20262027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to support students in developing essential communication skills that contribute to academic success and social development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations and comprehensive speech/language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license required
- ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs may be considered)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
