Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Valid State SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; accepting Clinical Fellows (CFs) with strong skills
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is helpful, but motivated candidates from clinical backgrounds will be considered
• Familiarity with IEP process, evaluation procedures, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Compassionate, organized, and effective communicator with students, families, and multi-disciplinary staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide screening, assessment, and diagnosis for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in classroom and pull-out settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and allied professionals to advance student progress
• Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation, progress reporting, and data collection
• Participate in IEP meetings, ongoing professional development, and school initiatives
